Claresholm garlic producer leads slow food movement

The design of our oven is a nod to the revered "bulb". Takes awhile to get it fired up but once to temperature it only takes a minute or two to imbue the pizza with fine smoky flavours second to none. Garlic once again rises to the occasion with another layer of flavour added to this hand-crafted creation.Our son Paden Lannan is the chef and photographer.
